No valid number to talk to anyone in person at andy these are sports

The people at Andy's auto sports are idiots. They won't give you an telephone number and then if you want to talk to someone you have to pay a dollar. They actually ask for a credit card information so they can take a dollar so I can talk to a technician. I am just trying to find out. Is my part ordered. When will it be delivered

after several complaints i was able to get in contact with eric from andys auto sport and he gave me a full refund with shipping included.....

i ordered a duraflex vader front bumper by extreme dimensions for a 2001 hyundai tiburon, after receiving the package, and working for several days to make it fit i carried it to a professioanl body shop who could also not make it fit, there was a gap of at least 1/2 a inch between the bumper and the headlights, and also no way to secure the bumper underneath the vehicle it could only be secured to the frame underneath the hood, there was no way to secure the bumper to the wheel well, im not sure what kinda molds they use but this is not the correct mold for a tiburon, and of course the *** and andys and extreme dimensions have no responsiblity for selling faulty defective items to people

TERRIBLE REFUND

IM ON THE PHONE WITH THIS COMPANY NOW. TOTAL SCAM. TOTAL ***. I RETURNED SOMETHING FROM THEM A WEEK AGO THAT WASN’T DELIVERED YET. I NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND AND IT WAS DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE TODAY. NOW THEY’RE TELLING ME I HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP THEM BACK THEN THEY’LL PROCESS MY REFUND PIECE OF *** COMPANY. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. PLEASE. DO NOT USE THEM. Refund nightmare!

I called and made a transaction at Andy's Autosport.My order was large, and totaled over a grand, even with a group shipping rate, and a 10% discount. I received a transaction number and was told I'd get a confirmation email. I never got one. I called to see why, and I was told despite a transaction code my card hadnt been charged. The card was charged the same day as the call, for the full amount. I received an email a few days later that my Sherman bumper was out of stock. I chose to get a refund, and was emailed back that I would get one. Close to a week later, no refund. I called and was informed there was a balance of $90, so I would receive no refund. After many phone calls of no avail, I got ahold of Jim who said he was a manager. Im still not convinced, because he refused to give me sny real contact info. After long holds, Jim told me that because I forcibly had to cancel my order, because they sold me a product with no eta on a delivery date, it cancelled my group shipping rate. I owed $90 and because of this, I wouldn't receive a refund on a product I paid for in full. I was also informed my headlights are on back order. Lets hope I get that refund. By the way, I was told I'd receive all my products in a week. Ha! Sad thing is their customer service seemed fine, until something went wrong. Move along. Somewhere else might be more expensive, but at least you'll get professionalism for your money.

I spoke to Jim as well and he was a peach. Obviously your situation seems a lot more complicated.

After being passed on by diff reps that sounded like they wanted to kill themselves doing what they were doing, I got fed up and asked a manager. I got Jim and he was the complete opposite of the regular reps. Just the tone of his voice and the way he talked was very professional.

He did talk a lot but it was mainly to clear things up that the other reps didn't/couldnt do before--strangely enough he questioned his very own reps on how they couldn't help me when the information is also seen on the very same screen he is looking at. Anywho, I still got my refund, but Jim was great!

Andys Auto Sport Ripped me off

I ordered a hood for my Camaro from Andys Auto Sport. I had it delivered to a local paint and body shop to be preped, painted and installed. When it arrived, the shop manager ask me to come and see what a total piece of *** had been delivered. I was told that it would not fit my car, no matter how much work they did to it. I called Andys to complain and tell them that I was going to send it back for a refund. They told me that I could ship it back, at my own expense, and that they would charge me a 10% restocking fee. I sent Pictures of the hood that were taken by the shop to Andys but they were not interested. I vowed to them that I would do everything I could to make sure that no-one else found themselves in this ignorant situation. Avoid this Place at all costs or you'll wish you had. In my opinion, They are no better than common crooks!

You get what you pay for..You probably spent like 200 bucks on that hood huh..all these bad reviews are just *** impatient customers that bought *** "universal" parts. and dont understand what a dropship company is.

Do some research on what your are buying.

molliespapa, you made a mistake by thinking fixing up a car is as easy as putting stock parts on.

you were not ready to modify your car. the saying goes in this scene is "you have to pay to play" it will ALWAYSSSSSSSSSS cost more to customize your car then to make it look stock. hence "custom".

you just trying to find someone other than yourself to blame.

you heard what i said, you have no idea what you are doing. sounds like he got exactly what he paid for but expected andy's to be liable to install the part too when he found out it would cost more to install than an OEM part.

:cry Don't take it to a collision shop next time. These are aftermarket parts that always require work.

Expect a bolt on part? Buy from a dealership at twice the price...lol unbelievable!

Sold junk LED light

We purchased a set of Halo LED lights from Andys, and one does not work, when we called to inform them of the problem, there response was, send us a picture of the lights on at night. We did and then inquired again, this time the response was, remove the lights and connect the left (non-working) to the right, so we did. And still the same problem, there response this time, there is a problem with the wiring on the vehicle. However we had a tech looks at the vehicle and they found no problems with the wiring, but informed us that the lights are a CHEAP low grade product and would not last more than a few months. We Have asked for at least a replacement of the non-working light and all we get from them is, we are checking with the manuf.. and it is a wiring problem. Do not buy from them as they are crooks and liars, and they do not care about there customer. I would like to hear from anyone who has had any problems with Andys AutoSports.

Andy's is mail order. They don't make the parts.

So you have to show them pictures so they can resolve it with the manufacturer. How hard is that?
